Since 2006 Nevada Fresh Pak has been growing and growing; we now grow a variety of the most popular premium, organic leafy greens using the strictest clean-and-safe practices. The leafy greens we grow in Nevada are naturally less susceptible to the kinds of mildews and molds that can affect greens grown in other, moister environments. Our sunny, arid conditions deter pests, such as foxglove aphids and leaf miners, which are typically a problem for leafy-greens production in other areas. Fewer pests mean less problems and shrinkage and more profitability--and that's good for everyone.

Organic Romaine
Our organic romaine hearts are hand-harvested at just the right time to ensure consistently perfect flavor, texture and size. They are then trimmed down to the succulent, light green, inner leaves. The crisp, tender hearts are then carefully packed to ensure peak freshness and premium quality of this ever-popular lettuce.

Organic Baby Spinach
Spinach has dark green leaves that are 2 to 3 inches wide. Leaves should be dull green on top and bright green on the underside. Leaves with stems are no longer than 3.75 inches in length.

Organic Leafy Greens
In addition to Organic Romaine Hearts and Organic Baby Spinach we also grow Organic Spring Mix which is a blend of leafy greens such as: Green Romaine, Red Romaine,
Red Leaf, Tango, Lolla Rosa, Green Oak, Red Chard, Mizuna, Wild Arugula, Arugula and Organic Dill.
